Refund policy

Your 100-Post Content Playbook is made for your page alone, and we start building it the moment you pay. Here is how refunds work.

When you get a full refund

• We could not read your Instagram page, for example it went private after checkout, and we could not build your playbook.
• Your playbook did not reach you within 3 days of paying and we could not fix it.
• You were charged twice for the same order.

When we do not refund

Once your playbook has been sent to your email, the sale is final. The same goes for the Million-View Hook Vault once you have opened it.

The $97 Implementation Plan Call

If you change your mind before the call happens, you get a full refund. Ask at least 24 hours before your booked time. After the call has taken place, it is final.

Something wrong with your playbook?

If a number is off or a section is missing, email us and we will fix it and send it again at no cost.

How to ask

Email team@1buttonbusiness.com from the address you ordered with, and include your Instagram handle. We answer within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original card, and your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
