This page explains what 1 Button Business collects when you order a 100-Post Content Playbook, why, and who helps us handle it.

What you give us

• Your name and email address.
• Your phone number.
• Your Instagram handle and a short description of your business.
• Whether you agreed to get text messages from us.

Card details go straight to Stripe, our payment company. We never see or store your full card number.

What we read from Instagram

To build your playbook we read the public parts of your Instagram page: your profile, bio, profile photo, and up to your last 100 posts with their likes, comments, views and captions. We also transcribe the audio from a few of your reels. We only read what anyone can see on a public account.

How we use it

• To check your page before you pay, build your playbook and email it to you.
• To send you your receipt, your purchase links and help with your order.
• To tell you about other 1 Button Business products by email. Every email has a way to stop them.
• If you ticked the box, to text you about your playbook and our offers. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. Agreeing to texts is never required to buy.

We do not sell your information.

Who helps us

These companies process your information only to run this service for us:

• Stripe, for payments.
• Convex, which stores your order.
• Vercel, which hosts this website.
• ScrapeCreators, which reads your public Instagram data.
• ElevenLabs, which transcribes your reel audio.
• Anthropic, whose AI writes the analysis in your playbook.
• Resend, which sends our emails.

How long we keep it

We keep your order, your playbook and the Instagram data behind it so we can resend or fix your playbook and support you later. Ask us any time and we will delete it, unless the law makes us keep a record of the payment.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email team@1buttonbusiness.com and we will answer within 30 days.

Cookies

This site only uses what it needs to work. We will update this page before we add any advertising or tracking tools.

Children

This product is for business owners and is not meant for anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
